Mexico City bus system improves and gets Harvard honor

Here is an article I found where it details why Harvard honored a Mexico City bus system.

It seems that they added express lanes on a heavily traveled avenue that resulted in tremendous pollution reduction.

This project was a public/private partnership, which is becoming more and more popular as local and state governments have fewer dollars due to the massive job losses.  (FYI...job loss = tax loss).
