What?! A bus riders union...now that is revolution. I think that public transportation is the right of all tax payers and I'd never move to a city without it.
This group works to keep fares low and service high. See what organization and unity can produce?

I wholeheartedly agree with your post on Lextran and regional transit.
ReplyDeleteSome of us are working to get Dr Dan Mongiardo to come to Lexington and find out more about his thoughts and plans for regional rail. I have blogged about this in the past few weeks and hope to meet with Lextran in the near future.
